Programme

Use of the programme mark

The mark and any status reference may only be used factually and within the scope recorded on the Register. These conditions protect readers from misinterpretation.

Permitted use

  • State your current participation status factually, with the scope as recorded on the Register.
  • Link to your profile on the Responsible Markets Register.
  • Reference the RM10 standards version against which your review was conducted.
  • Use the supplied status reference in governance, due-diligence and counterparty materials.

Restricted use23

  • Describe the programme as a certification, approval, accreditation or guarantee of any firm.
  • Imply endorsement, ranking, recommendation or a rating of brokers or trading services.
  • Suggest United Nations, UN Global Compact or regulatory approval of the firm or programme.
  • Alter, recolour or recreate the mark, or use it after participation has lapsed or been withdrawn.

Conditions

Status must always be current and in-scope

A status reference describes a defined-scope outcome at a point in time. If participation lapses, is suspended or is withdrawn, all use of the mark and status references must stop.

Scope Notes

Markers in the text above resolve to the full boundary wording below. These notes define what this page records — and what it does not claim.

  1. 1.

Register scope: The BlackCores Responsible Markets Register records programme participation, documentary status and defined-scope review outcomes. It is not a broker ranking, investment recommendation, financial promotion, consumer trading guide, product endorsement or regulatory approval.

  2. 2.

  3. 3.

UNGC boundary: BlackCores and Partners LLP participates in the United Nations Global Compact. BlackCores Responsible Markets is independently administered by BlackCores and is not a United Nations or UN Global Compact programme, certification, endorsement, approval or verification service.
