BlackCores Responsible Markets

Responsible markets require evidence.

A public-interest standards platform and defined-scope register that makes governance, documentation and responsible-market conduct visible for institution-facing firms across the FX/CFD ecosystem.

Independently administered by BlackCores. Business and institutional audiences. Not a broker ranking, recommendation or regulatory approval.

Governance with gravity.

A quiet path through mature forest

The market problem

Discipline must be visible to count.

High-scrutiny markets need visible discipline.

FX/CFD ecosystem firms are reviewed by banks, PSPs, insurers, counterparties and professional advisers. BlackCores RM concentrates on the records, controls and conduct signals those audiences actually need to understand — and makes them legible.

  • 01

    Banking, PSP & EMI review

Banks, PSPs and EMIs assess institution-facing firms continuously. Consistent, structured documentation reduces friction and supports faster, better-informed review.

  • 02

    Marketing & distribution controls

Promotion, affiliate and IB activity is scrutinised closely. Evidence of active, documented controls carries more weight than marketing assertions.

  • 03

    AML/CFT & financial-crime evidence

Counterparties expect documented AML/CFT, sanctions and KYB frameworks — with records that can be examined independently and on the record.

Ecosystem coverage

One framework across the FX/CFD ecosystem.

BlackCores RM is designed for the full network of institution-facing firms — not brokers alone.

Programme participation

How participation is structured.

Participation in the Responsible Markets Programme follows a consistent structure. It records documentary status within a defined scope — it is not a ranking, recommendation, endorsement or regulatory approval.

  1. 01

    Defined scope

Each participation is bounded by a documented scope. The record states what was reviewed and what was not.

  2. 02

    Evidence handling

Governance, documentation and conduct evidence is submitted, logged and assessed against the RM10 standards in force.

  3. 03

    Profile depth

Profiles vary in depth by the evidence mapped and reviewed — not by any judgement of firm quality.

  4. 04

    Annual update

Records carry an annual update cycle so that documentary status reflects a defined and current period.

  5. 05

    Certificate ID only when issued

A Certificate ID appears only where a certificate has been issued within scope. Drafts and pending records show none.

Updates & annual observations

Editorial notes from the programme.

Framework clarifications, methodology notes and aggregate sector observations are published as the foundation cycle progresses.
